cv joint

DISCOVERY 300 TDI L reg trying to order cv joint online and they asked me how many splines it has.......off hand does anyone know ?

No, it could be one of two or three, that's why they ask!

Cant the dealer identify it by the chassis no.

The options are 10 or 24 and yours, at that age, will almost certainly be a 24.

Should be 24, my 93 200 tdi had 10 until upgraded the halfshafts/c/c ect to the later 24 splines. This was about 94 when the changed (Ithink).
