Cubby box replacing middle seat

Hi all,
Just bought a Britpart chubby box to replace my middle seat. How have people mounted them as they don’t come with any fixings or any suggestions. So some light on how people have mounted them would be great.

On my 90 it's mounted through some wooden rails and through the floor, raises it up to a better height.
Son's one is bolted through the floor.
Not Britpart but pretty irrelevant really.

I’ve got a lockable mantec cubby box to be fitted. It uses rivnuts to fit it directly to the seat box lid. I bought a spare lid to mount it to with a layer of sound insulating mat to go between the cubby box and lid.

Did mine the same as @Knappster
I used a couple of washers under the back to get it level.
