Cruise control

Hi,

Does anyone know if it's possible to fit cruise control to a freelander, I have a 53 plate facelifted TD4 HSE, a manual, is it simply a case of plug and play and needing to fit the bit with buttons on or is it more complicated than that or just not even possible?

I don't believe the factory CC works on the manual. There are after market kits available through.

get a second hand ecu for it and then you will need the steering wheel paddles but check if the wiring is there before all that it will be in your steering wheel most later one do have as did mine, if it has make sure you get the right ecu that fits under the drivers seat the wiring will be under the carpet ,do not get one with v6 on it as this is for the v6 engine
