cruise control problems help needed

hi guys im trying to get my cruise control working.located some problems with cracked hose those have now been sorted. i have no light comming on dash when i press the cc switch and cant here no relay clicking. i have looked at connections on switch and have power only to the green/black wire no voltage to the white and red . plus you know the hose that comes off the vacume thing that pulls the acelerator cant see were that goes it was taped up.ive found the hose that travels to the back of the pedal and the plug connector is fitted .im no stuck of were else to start without info from urselves or a diagram.

hi russ thanks well to start wiv that vacume solonoid isent there as the pipe was diconnected. should there be an electrical connection there for the vacume pump. thanks for the info

I have no idea as ive not got that far with mine yet as im still welding it up lol.
