Crazy Dashboard Lights

A couple of months ago my wife sent me this video of my Disco having a Disco... I have been unable look at this problem due to working away but, I am due home soon and want to try and get to the bottom of this.



From what info I have had already, It would appear to be a Starter Motor issue?? Its not the battery as I had a friend look into that already for me.

Any help from you guys would be brilliant,

Hi, seems like dead battery or loosened clamps... beside the 3 amigos which dont affect starting but they might come on when it's low voltage as well
