Crankshaft pulley is seized on and I wondered what is best to remove it without damage. Its on my 2.5 nas diesel the big three pulley one. Any ideas gratefully received .

Smother it in diesel and leave for a couple of days. I would be disinclined to use heat on it cos it might affect the seal. You might need a big Pullys puller on it.
