Craddocks/Exmoor - great service!!

just thought I ought to give praise where it's due...

I had an issue with a tilt I bought for my 90, I referred this back to Craddocks who in turn went back to Exmoor Trim. Having seen photos of my issue they offered and sent me a complete replacement. Excellent service and no quibbles.:clap2:

Now I'm building a campervan conversion with my brother and wish I could say the same for some of the VW parts suppliers....!!

I might be talking out of my arse here, but I assume you're talking about John Craddocks?
If so, I can vouch for that. Friendly staff and very chatty. I turned up to view a landy of theirs which was for sale, but unfortunately it had sold 10 minutes before I arrived to a foreign bidder. Anyway one of the staff spent 15 minutes showing me round some other ones they're working on, etc, and chatting giving me some helpful tips. - Probably sounds trivial, but in a relatively busy place like that, I thought it was nice of the chap to devote time to me even though he could see I wasn't spending any money. Not exactly amazing, but friendly service and approachable staff like that goes a LONG way. I'd definitely try to use them if I need any spares in the future.
