could it be just the arm

me main beam works when you press the arm away from you so they stay on,but they dont flash when you pull the arm towards you,is it possible to just change that part or is it the whole lot including wiper controls etc.looks like that could be an arse of a job.anyone done it or could think why its doin it.

I've not done it myself but I don't think it's any more difficult than any of the other switches. I think you need to remove one of them before the other - test it with a multimeter =)

You need to take the wheel off if I remember correctly, I did it about 3 years ago as I had exactly the same fault.

did mine last week......think it was 21 or 22mm nut to remove steering wheel first. keep wheels straight to aid puting steering back on correctly inline. You can purchase the left hand side separately. Two type of arm with connector....old round pins or news clip together plug! Took me 15 mins max to do....dead simply

... and loosen the nut first without completely removing it, before yanking at the wheel to put it off
