Is it just me or are spares starting to get fairly expensive of late? Perhaps as its quite an old car and there's not as big a market anymore. I usually source from Island4x4, has anyone got another to recommend?

These P38's will become more desirable the older they get. A future classic some say.
Keep it in good condition & the value will increase. Like anything, once the amount of spares decline the prices will rise.

The EU forced manufacturers to produce parts for a minimum of 10 years after production ended. LR decided they'd still make parts (on a smaller scale) for 15 years. The P38 isn't going to get any genuine parts anymore as it went out of production 2001. What is in the supply chain is what is left and those parts are going to start drying up soon.

I need to get a spare key cut and coded before LR stop doing them too.

Well its a fantastically comfortable ride even by today's standards. But underpowered and with crappy electronics. I think calling it a future Classic is optimistic. Just in case though, I might know of one for sale if anyone's interested.. :D :D
