Hi, i have bubbling corrosion on bottoms and tops of doors just below window height. I treated doors with rust inhibtor, etch primer, 2 coats of red oxide and a further 2 coats of paint last year. The corrosion has come through again!!!!!!
Has anyone succeeded in putting this pesky problem to bed. I have been told to coat the door with a fiberglass resin over the affected areas ?? , don`t know if this is right or not.
Please , if anyone has any ideas, except buy new doors, or landrovers are known for this, then please drop me a line.
