I am about to paint my new galv chassis with corroless s then corroless rf, has anyone used it before and how much pain will I need?

Yes but not on galv. I think you have to do a pre wash on it first (mordent? Sp). I used corrolless reinforced chassis paint. I didn’t think it came close to bilt hamber epoxy mastic and I’ve chipped the corroloss on my trailing arms and diff just working on it on the drive. I would’nt Bother with it again. You can scrape a screw driver on bilt hamber epoxy mastic. Maybe i should’ve used a corrolless specific primer or something when i used it

I am also looking at painting my chassis (old galv) and was looking at using corrolless. From the above though I will look further into the bilt Humber. Is the epoxy mastic still a paint or does it come out more like powder coat where by things can get underneath it and spread?

I'd consider Jotun paints. Used on oil rigs for a reason. As is Corroless purportedly, however Jotun has an excellent 2-part epoxy range. All out the best stuff is the Baltoflke. I used the Hartop which so far has been faultless with a Penguard undercoat for adhesion.

2 parts, you mix it in a little tub and just paint it mate. I was really impressed by it
