Cornwall based new freelander 1

Hello all, new to forum and just brought a td4 after trying for a year to get enough money to get a land rover.

Hoping somebody can help because Google sees the words freelander rear and window and thinks tailgate however my problem is with both rear side windows that refuse to show any signs of life.
I can here the relays clicking and am sure I've checked all the fuses in the drivers side compartment but not sure why they don't want to move anyone else got any recommendations?

Thought i woud add my answer here now I know, basically it was the window regulators on both sides the rear side windows didn't get used by the previous owner so they where seized shut have someone press the down button and put hands inside and out to grip glassgand pull down to free them.
