Coolent pipe leak!

Hi guys my coolent is leaking from the pipe that comes down from the reservoir just after the join onto the larger main pipe, metal bracket holding in place has rubbed a hole.

Struggling to find the correct bit of pipe does anyone know the correct part number i should order? or is there a quick bodge job for this?
