you mean via the bluetooth app guinea?
No - just a multimeter on fuses 1, 2 and 3 as described in the last paragraph of the pdf I put up. I don't know where the E-box is, but hopefully someone on here could enlighten us.

With PTC active, remove each fuse in turn and find where the 12V feed side is, then you know the other is the load side. Switch off and check continuity between the load side and ground. Simple test, but worth doing.

Wasn’t aware of the PTC. .....And there was me out over the weekend twice resisting to turn the fan on for first couple of miles in freezing temps, thinking it would help heat things up quicker!!!

Well I added the new thermostat to the top hose yesterday and my god What a difference !!! Well worth doing if your freelander seems to be taking forever to warm up.
