Just a quick one for all you knowledgeable forum peeps!
My 99 4.6 hse that i have owned for about 2 months now,im wondering about a little issue i have with the coolant level.
After replacing the radiator,thermostat and water pump just after purchase(knew the water pump was leaking on purchase only found out about rad on closer inspection,did thermostat cos it seemed sensible whilst in bits) after bleeding and testing found cooland level dropping!
after several top ups i have noticed that the level is about an inch below the cold level when engine is a little warm(about an hour after being turned off)but next morning its spot on the level!!Am i going mad or is this how rangies are??Im thinking i may have been topping up a warm engine then its venting excess the next day!! Any thoughts appreciated!
