Hi all, I've upgraded all my hoses to silicone ones and all was good until one of them has rubbed on the cam belt. Can you help me identify which one this is so that I can replace it? I've marked it on the below image (not my engine) for assistance.

Thanks

Looks like it may be this one,

PCH119060

Goes to bottom of radiator and expansion tank pipe, can be got from about £20.

Good luck

Also,

There should be a clip that the pipe goes into to hold it above the aux belt water pump pulley. This would stop this happening.

Thanks Neilly, yes there is a clip but it seems that the hose set I got pulled just a tad too much and after settling rubbed against it causing it to split. From the above image is this the multi pipe all merged into one? If so this will be an issue as mine are all separate hoses joined at a T junction. Can I buy just the needed single silicon replacement?

Yes it is the multiple diameter, joined together pipe you see. Original pipes are all " welded " together.

although I have just purchased one that is joined with T pieces and "jubilee " clips. Although it is a normal black rubber hose.

Not sure where you can get the silicone hose in separate sections. Maybe you can contact your original supplier.

Cheers
