Converting from Solid to Vented Discs

Hi

Can anyone let me know if it is as straightforward to convert my Range Rover EFi SE Vogue to Vented discs from Solids?

Would I just bolt on the larger calipers and bolt the vented discs on or do I need lengthened shafts etc?

I drive on Hand Controls and am burning brakes out like no tomorrow. Brakes are not snagging(car freewheels) just heavy on the brakes resolved the problem with my other car had to fit Brembo Brakes to it (Yes it was expensive not something I wish to do the range rover
