Converting a pick up to hard top.

Hi Guys

I'm going to be converting my pickup 110 into a hard top. I've picked up the lid and sides, just buying a back door and hinges off ebay. Any tips or something i may have forgotten? the side panels came with a rubber seal on the top and botttom, no fixings with it though

.

I'm thinking ill be able to simply dril the holes for the door hinges, and lock mounts...likley?

yup I fitted a pickup reartub to me 90 when I got it as mine was rotten. and fitted the door tom it no probs.

oh kl, how as it fitting the lock?

and hanging the door, like fitting the hinges in the right places so it isnt on the slant

fit top hinge and use packing pieces to square the door in the opening then drill bottom and centre hinge bolt holes. Then fit lock ctach plate the same way. IE close door and engage catch then mark hole positions
