I would like to know what fixings i require to bolt the van panels to the tub?

Part numbers:

This is what fixings you need! edited 13/06/12

Tub body to van panels: Stud mountings MRC9833 x 8
Rubber buffers 338553 x 8
M8 nyloc nuts x 16
M8 big penny washers x 16
Angle mounting 338554 x 2
Nut plate MUC1342 x 2
M6 bolts x 12
M6 washers x 12
Angle mounting 338552 x 2

Van panels to roof: M8 nuts x 32
M8 Bolts x 32
M8 washers x 64

Plus one tube of tiger seal and the appropriate seals.

I want to buy these fixings in stainless, and purchase them in advance, ready for when i have finished spraying i can bolt it all together with my new seals.

Thanks

It cost me £140 for all the new genuine seals!

I flatted down the van panels, roof and tailgate today, check out the pics.

they should have seals around on top and shouldnt need sealent

I'm going to do both!

The cab i just took off was bonded across the windscreen as well as it using the seal.

Do you think just using new seals without sealer is adaquate on an old battered landrover?

thats all i used front screen i bought the brand new seal from landrover £20 and i used the sealent between the rear tub and the side panels as the foam on myn wasnt quite tight enough for me the the top rubbers were fine no leaks or drafts from them
