Contacting lrseries.com

Has anyone else had trouble getting in contact with lrseries.com? I have tried calling the phone number on their website at various times of day, and I always get a pre-recorded message. This says they are unable to take my call and to email them through the website.

I would like to confirm the dimensions of some parts before ordering them, but they aren't making it easy to get hold of them.

They only take email queries I think. Sometimes they get back to you, sometimes it gets overlooked.

Try a different supplier? I'd recommend lrdirect.com

I ordered over the phone through lrseries no problem my work computer won't load their webpage properly so I had to. Had no problems at all and a very efficient service

I have ordered from them a few times and it was a speedy service, contacted them once by email, they did respond but it took a few days.

don't know how large the set up is, maybe they have to spend all their time fulfilling orders

have used famous four a few times since they sponsor the board, they seem to be easy to talk to and give sound advice

Thanks for the replies. I chose lrseries.com as they were the only place that seemed to have all the parts on my list.

ive used lr series before had a couple of queries like only one gasket sent not two and the wrong window seals but emailed and got answers back pretty quick and new correct parts within a day or so cant really fault the service..

Hi , i only use lrseries for reference only, because it seems you only have 2 choices of makes : Land Rover Genuine or Britpart.
It's lrdiect or paddocks for me.
