Disco 1 Confused by sunroof..!

My recently-fixed 200tdi is confusing me...

It has the funky big sunroof bag attached to the back of the back seats which would suggest you can remove both sunroofs and put them in the bag.

The sunroofs are the manual-tilt type with a big twirly knob one one end. I would like to know how to take the glass out so I can give the seal a good clean. When I search for “remove sunroof” all the results come up for totally removing it, which I don’t want to do!

So does anyone know how to take the glass out the early sunroofs so they can be put in the bags if needed?

Assuming u have a LR factory fitted sunroof.
I've only seen it done once which was some time ago so I may be wrong. Basically undo the wheel to disconnect the glass at the front, lift the glass up vertically-ish and free the two rear connectors/fixings.
It was a common arrangement on other vehicles with that style of sunroof, again some time ago

Cheers will give that a try. Yes it’s the early factory fitted twin sunroofs- it’s the bag for them attached to the back seats that’s funny. It wouldn’t be there unless I could remove them I’d have thought.
