That's the wires for the subwoofer, which was fitted to vehicles fitted with the Harmon Kardon speaker system.

If it's new to you, make sure you do the checks that all new FL1 owners should do.
The list of checks is a sticky in the Freelander section.
It's important these checks are done, or the AWD system can literally explode.
