Hi Guys. My compress has stopped working, checked it over and there is no power going to it, I have checked all fuses and all ok. It will run via a second power source and pump the suspension up. But nothing coming though it own main wire purple, small black wire there's power just the main wire. Any body got any suggestions HELP.

Thermal cut out in the compressor failed or a duff relay. I think you will find that Wammers has posted some stuff in the technical section.

Well found out the thermal cut out has packed up so just jerry rigged a switch to work the compressor just for now. Now just got to hunt for a EAS valve block that works, as I have 3 of the bloody things and all 3 are letting out air, even tho I've changed all the seals in a good set. Now just have to wait for my second hand compressor to turn up,as this air suspension is driving me nuts.

Where did you get them from, is there a guide to doing a valve block seal replacment on the forum or is it just take 1 valve at a time and do you use any vasilene on the seals or a little bit of silicone spray just to keep[ them in place. I have 3 valve bolcks and realy don't fancy buying another one and where would you recpomend buying a new set of seals from. Thanks.

Just had a look on good old Fleebay and the only ones I can get are 90 deegree type not the 120 would it make that much of a differance apart it would cut off sooner.

Farnell sell them.

There's an unbeatable valve block refurb guide on a website called something like paulsp38a.com.

Just had a look and there is nothing there, thanks. Farnells do not stock them or sell them any more, looks like I may have to ask Dopey for 1.

90 degree is no good, the cut out should never normally operate, it's only there for an overheat. The compressor can get very hot in normal use.
