Coloured seats for my Disco wearing away...

Hi all, the colour has started to wear away from the leather drivers seat on both of my Disco's. I've spoken to some restorers and the problem is they need the trim code to match the paint. I thought the details would be by the plate by the radiator. It says "Trim" but nothing's there. Any suggestions as to how else to find the right info, failing that I suppose I could allways cut a bit of the leather from underneath?
