Mine does start fine when I turn key, just runs rough when it's decently cold.
Engine has done 150K so it's probably a bit worn, to me it seems as if one of the plugs is faulty meaning one of the cylinders has nowhere to 'catch' properly when it's fairly cold, while the other three run OK.
May give plugs a look if I get some time to, the way it behaves seems as though one will not glow when tested, or glow very faintly.
Been letting it idle for longer on the cold mornings I have to go out, doesn't smooth out properly til it's been for a drive though.
