Hi guys I have a freelander 1 td4 51 plate the clutch went on it so I stripped the gearbox and ird etc off and put on a new clutch and slave cylinder bearing and clutch plate and topped up the gear oil and blend the system but I'm struggling to get any gears with the engine running
I can get it in gear with the clutch down start it up and then release the clutch and it moves when I depress the clutch and stalls. And the biting point is on the floor and isn't like it used to be. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm starting to think the master cylinder may be on it's way out but I'm not sure so I thought I'd ask the experts thanks again

Have you bled it properly? And, is the arm in the slave cylinder set properly? They seem to cause a lot of problems. Do a search on here.
