I bet there are threads on here about it, if not elsewhere on the net.
But one thing I have heard is that it is better to take the transfer box off first as it is heavy and awkward. Do you have a second pair of hands to help? That is more or less essential. Well maybe only for an automatic.
The member on here that I asked about it sadly no longer contributes, but he told me to jack up one side and use an engine crane to hold it then lower it. Balancing it on a normal jack is asking for trouble. But that was with mine which is auto.
So how high are your high ramps?

I'll try and do a search to help you.

Have to say the Rimmer YouTube, almost does little more than list was has to be done.
As with SOOOO many youtubes, it skims over the difficult bits that you really need help with.
Maybe a better link to a better article, forum thread or another Utube can be found.
I expect OP has already done this anyway.
