clutch pedal issue

i'm hoping its an easy fix!! i tried searching but didn't find aything which fits the bill so here goes.

i drove the landy for 30 min or so and the pedal went all the way to the floor and felt soft all the way. it then bit about 1 inch from the floor. i hecked the level, it was low, so i topped up and carried on 10 min later and drove for 5 min or so with no problems. I parked up and came back few hours later.all was good until about 10 min down the road and it went soft again and only worked on the last inch or so. i thought it was leaking so checked the level and was fine. any ideas? slave? master?

seems odd as it works still but only with too much travel.

if your lucky it'll be a hose - if your unlucky it'll be either master or slave

either way they are both easy and cheap to fix

just been out and tested it and its starting to bite higher up again so i think it is heat related. maybe air got in when the fluid was low? does that sound like it maybe?

Won't do any hurt to bleed it through to see if that's yer problem. If it turns out tae be the master cylinder then maybe this might be of use...

change em both

If ye do change both, then it might be a good idea to change the flexi pipe anaw

lets hope it's not the long rigid pipe that runs from the master to slave flexi cos that a right pain to replace
