clutch judder

Just changed the clutch on my 300tdi new valeo 1 (After the thrust bearing decided it was gona melt itself and eat everything it could) now the bite is approx half way up and when pulling away in 1st there is a slight judder doesnt do it in reverse i have bleed the hydrolics and all was ok no air etc have i missed something is there any other adjustments i can do thanks

mine was the same when i first changed it

it settled after about 200 miles
