CLUTCH help needed please...

hi all, new to the site. im needing a bit of advice on my new bought disco 300 tdi the clutch seems very hard to push down in between changes is there a way to sort this out as its giving me leg ache. lol

You could try going to the gym

I've been told that a heavy clutch on these is a sign of a worn clutch on it's way out. It's one of the things to look out for when buying, I fink, but others will know better than me
