Clutch + Gear Oil change

Kind people,

thinking of getting the hydraulic clutch fluid changed as well as a gearbox oil changed....

Anyone any experience of how easy/difficult this is - which will give me an idea of cost at a garage.

hoping it will help with my difficulty to get into first gear from standstill.
