Clutch Damper unit bypass ?

Morning,

My clutch damper has been leaking for a while now and is starting to become a problem ie clutch pedal sticking down or not returning,

Can it be bypassed and is there a kit to do it ?

it can be bypassed, i usually just make a pipe up

I simply used the flexi that originally fed the damper and fed the slave directly, but then there is no saying mine was original to begin with when I got it. I haven't noticed any difference in pedal feel or action since removing the damper but I'm going to have a punt and say your slave is fubar and removing the damper will only be a temporary short lived slight improvement.

Could probably do with another slave, only got it replaced 2 months back (before the leak)

The inconsistent pressure has probably ruined it,

Might get work to have a look when they got a quiet day

If fluid can get out sh1t can get in too sadly

My slave has a different thread then my damper,

Ideas as I now dont have a clutch ?
