About 3 weeks ago I had my slave cylinder change and took the opportunity to change the clutch as the car had done 155,000 miles. I work in a Peugeot main dealer body shop and none of the grease monkeys would take the job on so I took it to a 4x4 repairer near Stafford, since the job has been done there has been a marked improvement in the MPG:confused:, So im told that in low revs using low down torque the clutch can slip unnoticed creating low MPG. Well not allot of people no that, well I didn't any way. Im happy.
