Replacing the Clutch and DMF on my td5. What a pain in the ass it is removing the gearbox. Fecking nightmare. Plus I stripped the plug off the CPS as I couldn't see it with all the pipes and wires that side of engine. Off the road now till next weekend. I had to take the selector off to give me a bit more room. Dunno how I'm gonna get the box back in. Anyone any tips or tricks when working on the floor.

bend the 2 pipe retaining tabs up out of the way of bell housing they will bend back ok once box is up ,an engine crane helps lift box with a chain through the tunnel
