Climate seats

hi everyone, just bought my first Range Rover which has climate seats in the front, when on cold the bottom seat cushion blows nice cold air, but the back part does not seem to be blowing much air at all, it's the same on both seats, you can hear the fans running ok, just wondered if this is a common issue? Do I need to take the rear of the seat and clean a filter or something??
