Climate Control LCD screen broke?

Hi,

Another LCD screen in my car that seems to be broke...

The climate control screen lights up, but you can barely see the numbers, and by barely I mean its EXTREMELY hard to make out what they are, however pressing on it with your finger helps a little bit.

Can you buy new screens or is there a way of fixing it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
