Clear Waxoyl Wheels or Not?

Good Evening "Team Landy",

Just bought a newer set of steel wheels with Michelin xpc tyres for my Landy 110 CSW. Wheels have small rust spots and don't want these to develop so do I:-

a) Leave them alone and stick them on Landy?
b) Spray them with Clear Waxoyl?
c) Brush with Clear Waxoyl?

don't put waxoyl anywhere near them........

if you really want to do something about it rub them down with wet n dry and paint over it first with anti-corrosion primer then with paint

Or get em powder coated, a bit pricey but they last for ages

Powder coating is great - but not cheap. Plus you'll have to take the tyres off.
I'd rub them down with and respray them. I did this with a set of steel wheels I bought off eBay and they look splendid!
