Clear front and rear indicators non LED cheap facelift but not pre 94?

Was thinking about an LED kit but then saw these (see picture). They seem to say from 1994 onwards would these defo not fit a 91/92 aged defender or can they be converted somehow?

I cannt seem to locate where screen shots save on my phone to upload. There are on ebay clear indicator lenses the ones at front and back.

It may have something to do with after 94 they have different fitting inside and pre 94 just a couple of wires just found out, anyway to convert perhaps?

You can buy the connectors for the loom on eBay fairly cheaply, then you just crimp them on, plug and play.

You need to ensure you get the polarisation correct as the replacements are diodes and will not work in reverse like a conventional bulb.

This is for one of the stop tails for example.

There's a full rdx led clear kit that has an adjustable somehow side indicator that's supposed to fit both. Even comes with he proper relay (you can't use the old relay with leds apparently) and it isn't the crap one that always does the trailer light either. Think it's 170. I'm going to use when mines painted got some 7" led headlights for it too which look a million times better and you can actually like see in the dark

You will just need to cut the plugs off and crimp on single bullet connectors for your wiring.
