Cleaning can flatten your battery!!

Thought my p38 was playing up with a flat battery earlier when i needed to visit my mum in hospital, any way, my girlfriend and father got in before me (i never lock it cos that does flatten the battery!!) funny i thought no int light, key in, flat as a wiches tit!! Fu#k! all out and into the Clio!!
came home to find that when i cleaned it on sunday i must have knocked the light switch to side lights :doh: Charged battery, started first time!!

Leaving the headlights on simply activates a delay to let you get out of the car and walk to your front door before switching them off automatically. Shouldn't have flattened the battery.
