Ask Data for a pick of his will likely sell you the pin idea looks very classy would suit a RRC.
You could Kev12 it - take the board out remove the lining/foam, paint and refit. No drawbacks. Hard parts are thoroughly removing foam is ghastly stuff, and refitting board on your own - need to be fairly agile or have helper.

No odea of they are any good but I see some interesting motors there and they've been going a little while.
