Classic driving lights

I have a grille on my classic (Bearmach I think) which contains 2 extra 7" round driving lights. They only come one with full beam and the front fog button pressed.
They are both as rusty as a rusty thing but I seem to be having an issue getting replacements.
There is no makers mark just E11 8143 on the lens. They take H3 bulbs.

Any ideas what they are and where I might get more?
