About a month ago, my mum had a problem with her citroen c4, that the heater fan would only work in pos. 4.
I looked it up on the internet, and found out the problem was most likely to be the resistor pack.
So, tracked down the part, got it ordered, took half of the dash apart to get to this bloody thing..
When i finally got the resistor pack out, i compared it to the new HELLA one. It looked like the problem was a disconnected earth tag, or something of the like, the hella one had this part SOLDERED together. The citroen one looked like it was GLUED together so that it would eventually come loose and fail.
