Can anyone who knows anything about LPG, give me their thoughts on this I am completely clueless on the conversions so relying on you guys to help (which I am very grateful for so far).

"Using recon engine parts and a new but used 95 ltr ring tank in place off the spare wheel complete with a 12 month warranty from us here you are looking at a fitted and finished cash price of £1592.53 including fitting and VAT. This price will only stand for a short time as it is very rare that we get the above kit that we can offer at this price with known history.
This kit will give you the new Tartarini sequential gas injection system and fast fill four hole gas tank."

Sound good?

Poppers - what are you thinking???? Why would you want to pay over £1500 plus vat for something that uses recon engine parts and a used tank? See my earlier post. My conversion used new parts, is a sequential system and came with a 2 year warranty and a certificate for £1400 including vat. I've been running it for almost a year with no problems - including 2 trips to France with the caravan (over 5000 miles in total). :)

Bloody hell thats not bad....enough to make me look at it again, I was considering it in the spring but shelved it...mines a 2000 Vogue pretty much mint with 80k on the clock. I did some research and was getting quotes between £1300 (for cash) and £2k, these were for Multi point sequential systems either Prins or the like.

For what its worth, I do think it would be false economy to get the cheapest regardless of quality, there's a lot to be said for shopping around as no one wants to waste money for no good reason(thats what OH's are for!), but beware of buying cheap unless its very well vouched for and has a couple of reccomends.
