Okay, I've made a start on my Series Landy. I have stripped out the engine and gearbox and most other bits. I bought it as a rolling chassis but intend using the complete one as a body donor. Here is me having a tea break.

i totally agree about the tea breaks, and any visitors welcome too just to give you a small rest from the mamoth task... cant see any biscuits tho, not coming to yours for a cuppa... good luck with it and picture updates and write ups are the way to go
 
i wonder if they even bother to sell replacement gearbox cross members, they always seem to be caked in so much grease and oil they would never rust. looks like a good way to start a project with chassis and diffs already. Makes life easy for moving about while working on it

Believe it or not, under the 2 inches of greasy muck on the crossmember I found rot! Will patch up okay though.
