Chassis Replacement

Hello all, just wanted to post some photos of my chassis change on my 90 CSW.

Any help and advice is welcomed, this is the first time I’ve done this!

I did a chassis change on mine about this time last year. Best advice i can offer is just take your time especially when it comes to fitting the bodywork fit the tub first then align bulkhead etc from there I didn't and i'm still having door alignment issues and will be partially stripping it agin in week or 2 to realign everything.

The two things I’m worried about on this is the alignment of the bulkhead and reconnecting all the wiring. I’ve labelled the wires up but it still worries me!
What is the procedure for alignment of the bulkhead?

fit front wings etc last, bulk head is aligned when rear tub ,roof ,windscreen and doors are fitted but not tightened down so you can adjust all of them to get best fit,theres some but little movement in the rear tub so most has to be done by bulk head

Take tons of pictures as you disconnect wires and plugs the more pictures the better

Chassis painted, next up, axles on with all new bushings etc.
