fully comprehensive! That being said we are doing it through my fathers business and through the NFU so that might be a key factor as to why its so cheap!

Just buy an already re-chassised on, preferably a plain Jane that's not someone else's frankenstein and do what you want with it

That would indeed!! Looks amazing. Id rather get a 300tdi with a galvanised chassis than a td5 on a normal chassis and vice versa. Does that sound abour right?

Ive been brought up with Defenders, Diso 2's and Range Rover's. At the moment we have a disco 2, defender 110 and a brand new range rover sport so it only seems right that i get a defender 90 (plus i love them more than any of the modern rubbish). I get what you mean, a galvanised chassis seems a good way to go!It's completely up to you pal, personally don't know if I'd want another defender

If you're going to buy one then budget depending I'd rather have any engine with a galvanised chassis
I've got a 2a 88" in bits waiting for me get the chassis and bulkhead galved then put back together
