Chassis Protection

Have just had my 89 (90) chassis checked over and been told its in good nick. I want to do a road side clean and paint of the chassis to makes sure it stays ok...Am thinking power drill with rotary wire brush and a paint.

What sort of paint is good? I know waxoil is good but looks like a bitch to put on...think would sooner paint something on. Anyone got any pointers?

managed to work out hiw the search works...gonna opt for waxoil in a spray can..easy!

Make sure you wear OLD CLOTHES, long sleeves and goggles!

you mean your not supposed to look like you have been living in a coal mine for a year when you have finished

id wire brush it off or put pad in grinder then hamerite it then leave 3 months to mature then wax oil it

Por15 is supposed to be good.
