Chassis numbers

Hi,

I'm looking at a landy later, I've seen it before and the v5 matches the chassis number under the bonnet but doesnt look as old as the rest of the landy...

So I can be sure this vehicle is legit I'd like to check the actual chassis number but don't have a clue where to look. Any help?

Series/90/Defender...driver side, front leg of the chassis, behind the front wheel...under all the waxoyl/dirt/weld...if the front leg hasn't been repaired/replaced..

Range Rover...no idea

Freelander...don't care.

infront of drivers front wheel not behind it, on the dumb iron just before the front bumper mount
