Changing out rear fog lights for round question ?

I'm replacing my rear lights and would like to know what's involved to replace the fog lights with the round ones. Do these cover up the existing holes already in the corner cappings ?? Thanks.

I have got the round fog and reverse lights to fit,they come with a plinth that fixes to the original holes then the light fixes to the plinth ,just a matter of chopping and connecting the wires,got mine from bolt on bits ,like I say not fitted as yet but on the to do list,hope this helps.....

fogs don't fit in the cappings? I went for 2 fog n 2 reverse for an even look... as said simply a case of wiring in.....

Ok. So what do I need to do to make these fit, is it just a hole to drill ?

on mine one lamp goes through the existing fog or reverse holes the one next to it just needed a new hole drilling and obviously wires extending to suit
