Changed fuel filter won’t bleed air

It could, but it is more likely just a bit if smoke from the wires heating up as you crank it.

I suggest you stop changing things at random, they are probably working. Instead, try and diagnose the fault, or faults, and repair them.
Start with a known good battery.
the battery was 100% turned over really slow was like battery was flat put two batterys on was slightly better two batteries and jump leads would kind of turn over

You put 24volts to the starter? really?
If you are bleeding the injector pump make sure the ignition is on to open the solenoid on the injector pump. There is a bleed screw ontop of the pump by the governor.
The lift pump runs of a cam, if the internal arm of the pump is raised on the cam the lever you press to manually pump wont work, you say the lever goes up and down? make sure it is all the way down before trying to bleed manually. Or is it all the way up? I think its up.
You can bleed by turning the motor over but there needs to be two people to do it this way.

when inpump no diesel comes out but the occasional bubble done this for about an hour but if you pump it 10 times and stop then loads of bubbles come out how do you do it with two

Maybe there is a leak on the intake side of your low pressure fuel system, or maybe your lift pump diaphragm is split. Air must be coming from somewhere.

Can you post some pics of the filter, and LP side of the fuel system, so we can get an idea of the general condition of it?

the filter is new and surround is clean it purged perfect yesterday but not today

Take the pipe on the filter that comes from the lift pump off ,place in jar and try the lift pump to prove working.
If ok refit take the pipe off the injection pump that comes from filter and repeat till bubble free fuel comes through.
Refit and try bleeding injector pump again.

Good idea, but I am not sure if he has got as far as the injector pump yet.

His info is not particularly clear, but I think he may be saying there are still bubbles coming form the top of the filter.

Back on the 90 yesterday fitted new battery and jump leads turned over however no feel on lift pump no matter where cam is on no bubbles no fuel
Bleed screw on injector pump wont thread either it just spins
Changed filter for one that sealed 100% and few of the lines at same time

New lift pump required. They are inexpensive.

Do you mean the screw on the pump won't screw in. Or that it just turns when it is screwed all the way down?
